Skills Suite & Personal Project

Skills Suite

The Skills Suite offers learners the opportunity to choose from an extensive range of 28 Skills for Life and 19 Skills for Work qualifications.

These bite-sized units are designed to complement our other Wave 3 qualifications, and can be studied across a range of levels from Entry Level to Level 2.

We’re collaborating with major organisations across Wales and beyond to create a range of relevant, engaging units that will equip learners with vital skills and knowledge for life and the workplace.

Personal Project

The Personal Project is an evolution of the Skills Challenge Certificate, offering learners the opportunity to complete an independent learning project on a topic of their choice with the aim of developing and demonstrating four key skills:

  • planning and organising
  • creativity and innovation
  • critical thinking and problem solving
  • personal effectiveness

The Personal Project is designed to be taken alongside our new Foundation qualifications, GCSEs, VCSEs and/or Skills Suite units.
