Made-for-Wales GCSEs - Professional Learning

In support of our new suite of Made-for-Wales GCSEs and related qualifications, we are pleased to announce our new schedule of free, professional learning opportunities. These nationwide courses will be delivered by our Subject Advisers for the first raft of qualifications, where teaching will begin from September 2025.

Please note that GCSE History is not included in the Wave 2 face-to-face Professional Learning series. Materials from the GCSE History Preparing to Teach and Preparing to Assess series (which took place in spring and autumn 2025 in line with the original Wave 1 approval timescale) can be accessed via our secure online service, Portal.
