• WJEC to present centres with entries for checking on 25/03/2026

May 2026

• Centres to complete and sign off Head of Centre declaration form by 01/05/2026
• WJEC to present centres with entries for checking (not previously listed) on 02/05/2026
• WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding HOC declarations from 05/05/2026

June 2026

• Centre’s Internal Assessment (IAMIS) submission deadline and upload of samples of evidence by 18/06/2026
• WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes on 26/06/2026

July 2026

• WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding samples of evidence by 03/07/2026
• WJEC request additional / second samples of work for upload to assist with external moderation from 08/07/2026
• WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes for a final time before escalation on 15/07/2026
• Any outstanding HOC declaration, missing scripts or internal assessment submissions and escalations resolved by 18/07/2026

August 2026

• Centres release VTQ results to candidates on 13/08/2026
