Congratulations to students collecting their January 2023 results today
Today, learners across Wales will be collecting their provisional results for the January examination series.
Commenting Ian Morgan, Chief Executive, WJEC, said: “On behalf of WJEC, I would like to congratulate students collecting their results today. These results reflect the hard work and professionalism of teachers, lecturers and teams working in schools and colleges across the country; they’ve demonstrated huge commitment and support to their students every step of the way.”
Provisional results
Results have been published for the following levels:
- GCSE
- Entry Level Certificates
- Health and Social Care, and Child Care qualifications
The provisional results are available from our Results and Grade Boundaries webpage.
Grading approach
In light of Qualifications Wales’ announcement that results in 2023 will broadly reflect a midway point between 2022 and 2019 results, we have accounted for this in our approach to unit grading for the January series.
