Applications for 24th Innovation Awards are now OPEN

We’re delighted to announce that entries for our Innovation Awards for 2024 are open. The Innovation Awards, in partnership with the Welsh Government, recognises the very best in creativity and design amongst the many talented students we have in Wales.

Applications are open to students studying our Design & Technology GCSE, AS and A level qualifications in Wales, where we celebrate and reward the most original project work.

Jason Cates, Design & Technology Subject Officer: “We are keen to recognise and reward the hard work and achievements of students across Wales in our prestigious awards. Annually, we are excited to see and celebrate the work that students have created, which showcases the very best of Welsh creative and innovative talent.”

The work of shortlisted entrants will be showcased at an exhibition held in Cardiff and Bangor, which is open to all schools/colleges across Wales, to be inspired by the work of their peers. This will be followed by an award ceremony, where the winners will be awarded during a prestigious ceremony.
