Ian Morgan, Chief Executive celebrates candidates collecting their GCSE and Welsh Baccalaureate exam results today

‚Äč

Today, candidates across Wales will collect their GCSE results. Candidates will also receive their Foundation/National Welsh Baccalaureate results.

Ian Morgan, Chief Executive, WJEC commented: “Today is an opportunity for us to congratulate and celebrate the achievements of thousands of candidates across Wales. The qualifications they have achieved will provide them with the necessary skills to follow a range of different paths, including further education or employment – whatever their choice, I wish them all the very best.

We should also take this opportunity to recognise the significant contribution of teachers, families and friends who no doubt, provided support and guidance to these candidates as they progressed through their learning programmes to the completion of their final assessments.

On behalf of all of us at WJEC, we would like to congratulate candidates on their achievements, which are a testament that hard work and determination leads to success.”
