Many documents are available as both hard copy (printed) versions and electronic (pdf) versions. Printed copies will be posted within 2 working days of receipt of the order. PDF versions will be emailed within 8 hours of receipt of the order.

Cardiff shop
There is also a bookshop at the WJEC office in Cardiff. We welcome visitors to the bookshop, where we offer:
- resources to support the curriculum
- bilingual greetings cards
- Welsh-medium books and presents for children
There is a parking area for visitors and for visitors with disabilities.

Past papers and mark schemes – revised policy
We have revised our publication policy to allow schools and colleges to use past papers, mark schemes and examiner reports as internal resources before they are available to all. Past papers and mark schemes will be available to download free of charge from the public website 6 months after the results day of each examination series.
Refund policy
Should you wish to return an item we will be happy to exchange or refund it within 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition or are damaged.
Without proof of purchase you may exchange the product at the current selling price within 14 days.
We do not offer a refund or exchange on past papers or marking schemes.
