Continuing Professional Development
WJEC's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme is designed to help teachers improve standards in the classroom and deliver our specifications in the most effective way.
WJEC offers face-to-face CPD courses in order to review internal and external assessment and to introduce new specifications. The courses are facilitated by WJEC's subject officers and moderators.

Free Introductory Briefing sessions and Preparing to Teach meetings for the Welsh Government reformed GCSEs in English, Welsh and Mathematics subjects are being held across Wales in the autumn and spring terms. Attendance is limited to one person, per course, per centre. Online booking is not available for these meetings - please contact your CPD co-ordinator to ensure that your centre has booked a place for your subject.

The resource allows you to explore in detail how your students have performed on externally assessed GCE and GCSE units. You can compare this with others in your centre and other WJEC candidates.
