Coursework Forms

The WJEC Entry Level ICT course is proving to be increasingly popular with centres.

The course is assessed through an external examination consisting of one written paper, controlled tests and coursework. External assessment accounts for 20% of the marks, the controlled tests 40% and the coursework for 40% of the marks.

Support material and additional resources can be found free of charge on NGfL-Cymru. Past papers and marking schemes are available free of charge to teaching staff on our Secure Website. Further resources are available through our online Shop. 

There is a regular programme of Continuing Professional Development CPD every autumn delivered by senior examiners and teachers of the courses. This provision may be provided every other year once a specification has become established.
