The aim of this qualification is to give learners the opportunity to develop an understanding of the world of work and working with others, through a range of contexts / subject areas. Centres may choose to build the qualification around one subject area, for example, Motor Vehicles or Hospitality and Catering, or select units from a range of subject areas to give learners a more general experience, for example, Hair care, Animal care and Design & Technology.

The qualification is available at Entry 2 and 3 and some units are offered at Level 1.
