For guidance on how to manage timetable clashes please refer to the JCQ booklet 'Instructions for Conducting Examinations'.

A centre which is managing a timetable variation must ensure that appropriate supervision is maintained at all times in order to preserve the integrity of the examination.  For any unplanned situations or circumstances not outlined in the JCQ booklet "Instructions for Conducting Examinations", a seperate application form must be completed for each variation.
