Data Protection
You are entitled to ask WJEC to disclose the information that it holds about you and, on payment of a standard fee of £10, WJEC is obliged to obtain that information and share it with you within 40 days.
WJEC will formally accept a disclosure request upon receipt of the request form for subject access to personal data and the fee. For assistance in filling in the form please refer to the guidelines.
